and booking information for
Red Letter Jesus:
Brad Sherrill's compelling new performance of Jesus' words from
the synoptic gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke) is presented with
an original multimedia presentation including stunning imagery
captured throughout Israel and Jordan during April 2011. Red
Letter Jesus has already previewed in churches throughout
the U.S. to enthusiastic response. Its theatrical premiere will
be February 8th through March 10th, 2012 at Atlanta's Theatre
in the Square (the same theater where Brad premiered The
Gospel of John in 2001.)
Red
Letter Jesus is adaptable to most any sanctuary, theater
or auditorium space where multimedia screens and a projection
system are already in place. Many churches have also rented
projector and screen for the performance of Red
Letter Jesus as well. In addition, only a basic
sound system and reliable wireless microphone are required.
A preliminary site visit may be advisable (for local Atlanta-area
performances only) in order to address all performance logistics.
Additionally,
2-3 hours are needed in the space prior to performance to prepare
props, test projection system, lighting, etc. If available,
it is helpful to have the venue's regular sound technician present
for at least a portion of this preliminary rehearsal, especially
to expedite the proper connection of computer equipment to projection
and sound systems. (Mark Hickman serves as the media and program
technician for all of Brad Sherrill's live performances.)

Red
Letter Jesus is
a one act performance with no intermission running approximately
95 minutes.
